About Carebridge Home Care
Home care that helps people stay at home.
Carebridge is a Leicestershire home care provider, run by a management team with hands-on care experience and a clinical background in physiotherapy. We help older people and those living with long-term conditions to keep living the life they want, in the place they know best: their own home.
We started Carebridge because too many families were telling us the same thing about the big agencies: a different stranger every visit, carers rushed in and out, and an office they could never get hold of. We set out to be the opposite of all that.
Four things we won't compromise on.
The same small team, never an unfamiliar face
We build a small team of carers around each person and keep it consistent. The same familiar faces come back, which matters most after a spell in hospital.
Safe, checked and properly trained
Every carer is DBS-checked, interviewed face to face, and given accredited training in areas like moving and handling and safeguarding, before they meet your family.
Care that stays the full visit
No rushing in and out. Our carers have time to do things properly, to talk, and to notice the small changes, the kind you only catch when it's the same people who were there last time.
Independence, not a checklist of tasks
The plan is shaped around what your loved one wants to do again, not a checklist of tasks. Years of NHS work in people's homes, and a background in physiotherapy, are what make that possible, and there's always a real person on the phone who knows your family.
"We started Carebridge to deliver the care we'd be happy to give our own families: the same familiar faces, time to do things properly, and a phone that actually gets answered. And after years in the NHS, in people's own homes, we measure success by something more: your loved one getting back to what they love and staying independent."
